AMC & ACMC TERM & CONDITIONS
- Orders without payment in advance are not accepted by us.
- Payment is absolutely against the contract form and will not be reimbursed once the contract is signed.
- No credit or post dated cheques are accepted.
- The prices of the spare parts are valid at the time of delivery, including taxes.
- Any physical damage or improper use of the product will not be covered in ACMC Contract.
- Rates are applicable to Delhi / NCR only, excluding GST.
- No losses or damages are acceptable due to delays in services.
- Terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice.
- Only the aforementioned products are subject to the accompanying plan and conditions.
- All disputes are subject to Delhi Jurisdiction only.
Annual Maintenance Contract
(A). AMC (Domestic) Rs.2600/- Cost Only Rs.7 Per Day
(B). AMC (Commercial 25LPH) Rs.4400/- Cost Only Rs.12 Per Day
(C). AMC (Commercial 50LPH) Rs.6600/- Cost Only Rs.18 Per Day
- Free 3 service visits on every 4 months intervals.
- Free replacement of UF membrane, carbon filter, sediment filter and pre spun filters as and when required only 1 time during in contract.
- Free replacement of interconnecting pipe & fittings as and when required.
- 2 Free complaint visit apart from scheduled health check visits.
Exclusions in AMC (Not included)
Electrical and consumable parts like Booster Pump, RO Membrane, AC to DC Converter Adapter or SMPS, Electronic UV Choke / Ballast, UV Lamp, UV Barrel, Solenoid Valve, Flow Restrictor, Tap, Float Switch with Valve, Pressure Switch, TDS Adjuster Valve and Premium Filters (Activated Copper Filter & Alkaline Mineral Cartridge) If required or demanded shall be replaced at listed price available.
Annual Comprehensive Maintenance Contract
(a) ACMC (Domestic) Rs.3600/-Cost Only Rs.10 Per Day
(B). ACMC (Commercial 25LPH) Rs.6600/- Cost Only Rs.18 Per Day
(C). ACMC (Commercial 50LPH) Rs.8600/- Cost Only Rs.23 Per Day
- Free 3 visits on every 4 months intervals.
- Free replacement of RO membrane, UF membrane, carbon filter, sediment filter and pre spun filters as and when required only 1 time during in contract..
- Free replacement of interconnecting pipe & fittings as and when required.
- 2 Free complaint visits apart from scheduled health check visits.
- Free repair / replacement of all electrical and consumable parts like Booster Pump, DC Adapter / SMPS, UV Choke, UV Lamp, Solenoid Valve, Flow Restrictor, Float Switch, Pressure Switch and Inline filters except physical damaged or misused.
