How long will it take for me to get delivery? 
Most orders are dispatched within 2-3 business days. Delivery time will vary based on your location. Most packages get delivered within 5-7 days.

How do I track the exact delivery status?
Once your order is shipped, you will get a mail informing you of the courier company bringing your package and the AWB No. / Docket no. The package can be tracked on the courier company’s web site.

During what hours of the day can I expect delivery?
Deliveries are made during office hours 10 am to 6 pm.

Will I be informed of the exact time of delivery?
The couriers deliver during office hours and for more specific details you can contact the courier company directly. Please also note that each shipment of items in an order requires an adult’s signature upon delivery. If there is any change in delivery address, after the order has been placed the shipment shall be retained at the shipper’s branch office / dealer for you to collect. You can ask for a shipper’s branch location / dealer nearest to you for picking-up the shipment.

What happens if I am not at my delivery address at the time of delivery? 
The courier will leave you a delivery card for you to contact them in order to re-arrange delivery.

Do I have to sign for the parcel personally, or can someone else sign for it? 
People in your household can sign for the parcel but they will be asked for some proof of identification.

Partial Shipments
you can buy several items on a single order. A particular item that is out of stock or not available at all may not be shipped to you along with other items that are available off the shelf. In such cases there will be “Partial Shipment” of your order. This means that you will receive only a part of your whole order. In such cases, you will not be charged extra shipping charges for each subsequent shipment of items.

Out – Of – Stock Items 
Any out-of-stock items in your order will automatically be shipped separately.

Warranty Policy

What Your Warranty Covers

Company warrants all new products manufactured by it to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal usage and service within 1 year from the date of purchase. If any part of the product is defective (excluding replaceable filters and membranes).return unit to authorized dealer obtaining a return authorization. Company will repair or, at company’s option, replace the system at no charge.

What This Warranty Does not Cover

The warranty does not cover defects resulting from improper installation, (contrary to company’s printed instructions), abuse, misuse, improper maintenance, neglect, alteration, accidents, casualties, fire, rood, freezing. environmental factors, water pressure spikes or other such acts of god.

This warranty will be void if defects occur due failure to observe the following conditions.

A) The reverse osmosis system must be hooked up to a potable municipal or well cold water     supply
B) The hardness of water should not exceed 120 ppm.
C) Maximum incoming iron must be less than 0.2 ppm.
D) The PH of water must not be lower than 3 or higher than 11.
E) The incoming water pressure must be between 10 and 40 pounds per square inch.
F) Incoming water temperature should not exceed 45 degrees c.
G) incoming TDS Total dissolved solids should not exceed 1800 ppm.
H) Do not use water that is microbiologically unsafe or of unknown quality
I) The unit is installed/repaired by some other person, other than the authorized dealer or       company representative.
J) Service card is not updated with the authorized dealer company

Limitations and Exclusions

Company will not be responsible for any implied warranties including those of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Company will not be responsible for any incidental or consequential damages, including Travel Expenses, Telephone Charges, Loss of Revenue, Loss of Time, inconvenience and damages caused by equipment & its failure to function property. This warranty sets forth all of the Company’s responsibilities regarding this equipment.

Other Conditions

If the Company chooses to replace the equipment. Company may replace it with reconditioned equipment. Part used in repairing the equipment will be warranted for 30 days from the date, the equipment is returned to you as for the remainder of the original warranty period, whichever is longer. This warranty is not assignable or transferable.
